Rachel (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker whose passion is to help people overcome challenges to continue to lead joy filled lives. Her therapy modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and strengths-based perspective. She graduated with her master's degree in Multi-Generational Practice from the University of Washington in 2020. She has experience working with children and teens in school settings who have learning disabilities, providing childcare, and through teaching dance and martial arts.
