Our emotions tell us what is going on in the environment. Sometimes we need help understanding what the emotion is, how we are feeling it, and how to respond to it in a healthy way. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients understand where your emotions and responses are originating from, sort out the accuracy of the messages, and create healthy dialogues that promote positive life changes. I enjoy working with clients who are going through life changes, whether it be moving to a new city, ending a relationship, or the passing of a loved one.
