Many times what we learned to do as kids- to cope and manage - no longer serve us as adults. When these strategies are now getting in the way of our every day life and relationships it's time to regroup, work on what's coming up for us, and find new strategies that helps us move forward. I am here to support you to address your experiences, traumas, and challenges that come up in all aspects of your life. I am committed to anti-racism and am from the LGBTQIA+ community. Unfortunately, I am only taking individuals and families, not couples at this time.
