I work to help individuals face challenges such as depression, anxiety, identity formation, difficulty forming and maintaining meaningful relationships, and life transitions. I work with a diverse range of individuals varied in age, sex, gender, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. As a relationally-oriented psychotherapist, I work collaboratively to create a secure therapeutic relationship. I strive to help my patients cultivate greater self-acceptance and compassion for themselves.
