I believe my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you in exploring your healing, your growth and your potential. I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is a real relationship between equals and that my role in your journey is to offer a new, objective perspective, tools and steps for change and healing in a way that best fits your needs at the time. I have confidence that we are all doing the best that we can with the resources, tools and supports that we have at any given time AND we all want to improve, there are always ways to learn and grow.
