Hey, we can figure this out! I most often work with teens/20s, guardians/foster parents, gay men, POC, LGBTQ people, diagnosis, and couples. Many of my clients are working on trauma, difficult childhoods, suicide, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and identity. You'll learn to more effectively identify and communicate about emotions, and develop new patterns in how you think, act, feel, and relate to others, in a way that fits you.
