My clients value their journey of evolution, transformation, and their mental health hygiene. They know or learn to see the value of having a container that facilitates deeper self awareness, healing trauma, and picking up tools that facilitate their esteem and empowerment. Often people come to me when they feel stuck and lost in many facets of their lives. People also see me when they are struggling with addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, and spiritual malaise. Clients are taught to stabilize their highest self, and tools of pattern-breaking in order to lighten the load and live more vital, authentic lives.
