As a therapist my goal is to help anyone who meets with me, without judgment and with compassion. I provide a safe space for people to work through their struggles and focus on reaching their goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is key for clients to grow. I view each client holistically – looking at their whole picture including their support systems. I use a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused therapy. I
