In both my personal life and professional experience, I have come to understand the struggle of when life gets so overwhelming that you know something needs to change, if only you knew where to start. It can be scary and disempowering, but with guidance, it’s possible to make changes that will feel exciting and empowering. I work with teens and young adults exploring their identities, as well as women, men, and families navigating changes such as parenting, fertility struggles, and adjusting to new roles. I assist with spiritual exploration, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and managing personal expectations.
