Family and societal systems may have taught you to shrink yourself to fit in or please others, making you highly skilled at masking. You're intuitive, creative, and carry a rich inner world. Still, it can feel like you weren’t dealt the best hand in life—leaving you stuck, wondering if anyone else could ever truly relate. After spending so long prioritizing others’ needs, you're finally ready to cultivate a vibrant, purposeful life that’s fully your own. I work best with adolescents and young adults who are second-generation children of immigrant families, especially those who are highly sensitive or neurodivergent. Therapy with me means experiencing unconditional positive regard, feeling advocated for, and doing meaningful work within a safe, supportive space.
