Navigating the world as a woman can be complex, exhausting, and deeply isolating at times. From an early age, many of us learn to prioritize caregiving and emotional awareness—often at the expense of our own needs. I believe women grow through and toward connection with others, and with ourselves. When that connection is disrupted or lost, it can impact our sense of identity, safety, and belonging. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—one where we slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and work together to examine patterns, actively manage symptoms, and develop goals.
