I specialize in working with individuals and couples starting with emerging adults (ages 18 and up) through the lifespan. I am trained in Gottman Method Level 1 and 2 and utilize this method in working with couples to navigate conflict in a healthy way, identify shared meaning, and improve connection. My areas of passion and clinical expertise include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustments, grief/loss, personality disorders, relationship difficulties, self-advocacy/healthy boundaries, trauma, self-esteem, caretaker support, neurocognitive disorders, dual diagnosis, parenting support, and postpartum/perinatal concerns.
