My desire is to create a nurturing, safe and judgment-free space for my clients to feel seen, understood and valued, and to validate their experience-no matter what that may be going through or have gone through in the past. I believe that a healthy and attuned therapeutic relationship is one of the most important components of therapy, and it is through a person-centered approach that I can help my clients feel safe to explore their inner landscape and create the self-awareness and self-compassion needed for true and lasting transformation. I value a holistic view of mental health.
