My goal as your therapist is to bring knowledge from all my fields to generate a safe environment where clients can feel empowered with the essential tools to cope with everyday stressors. I have worked with clients suffering with depression, anxiety, daily stress and management, ADHD, divorce, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, sexuality, peer relationships, and relationship issues. I have experience with all ages but ages 10-21 years old is my passion.
