I'm honored to have the opportunity to be a part of your journey to your own healing and growth. I’m passionate about helping people through their life struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, personal growth, relationship and family problems. If you have been struggling for a while or just starting to find yourself stuck, I take an empathetic and encouraging approach to help guide you through these struggles. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship for you to feel comfortable sharing your journey and goals for yourself. I am here to help you on your journey in a judge-free atmosphere. I use a cognitive behavioral and psychoeducation approach to help provide clients with techniques and knowledge to help them move forward through their life.
