I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of positive change in therapy. My practice is rooted in collaborative co-creation, where I work with individuals and couples to release patterns that no longer serve them and discover new ways to nurture more fulfilling relationships to themselves and others. I specialize in supporting women navigating life transitions and identity exploration, men in cultivating self-compassion and emotional connectedness, and couples seeking to strengthen communication inside and outside the bedroom through sex therapy and emotion-focused therapy.
