I see my clients as the unique individuals that they are and take a collaborative approach to the therapeutic relationship. In practice, I take a humanistic approach to working with a range of concerns and recognize each client as the expert of their own experiences. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents, particularly those that identify as BIPOC or LGBTQIA+. My practice is trauma-informed, evidence based, culturally responsive and I am trained in Brainspotting. My practice style is person-centered and integrative, oriented to best meet the needs of my clients. Experiences of marginalization can have an immense impact on well-being and I invite those experiences into session. I come to our work together as a queer, biracial cisgender woman of Indian and Western European descent and look forward to meeting you in session.
