My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, validation, and a deep understanding of the ways in which trauma can impact every aspect of a person’s life. I am passionate about helping individuals heal and thrive after experiencing trauma, particularly related to intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, relationship issues, childhood sexual abuse, family issues, and work-related trauma. I work with my clients to process through experiences, identify strengths, and develop strategies for coping and healing.
