I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard. My approach is calm, respectful, and client-centered, meeting each person where they are and honoring their pace in therapy. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to individual needs. My previous work has been with dual diagnoses and life transitions. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds and identities. I am licensed in both Iowa and Florida.
