Different from traditional therapy, I offer guidance that looks at all aspects of holistic health, incorporating both your psychological & physical health/wellness in counseling, regulating the nervous system first & then healing from past traumas. This approach means longer term, sustained progress. My skills support individuals with varying chronic conditions, such as autoimmune, chronic anxiety & chronic pain. I specialize in highly sensitive individuals & EMDR/trauma therapy. Many clients jump into therapy without a compass of goals. I'm passionate about providing that first step & then developing a plan together that will ensure your success and healing. I use a non-invasive method called EMDR to install new positive beliefs while healing from past trauma.
