I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of clinical experience in working with adults and adolescents. I specializes in working through trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression or people that are just feeling stuck. I most recently have worked as a clinician at The Haven Retreat, a program for female survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I believe in client-centered therapy and rely heavily on understanding your strengths and needs. Life isn't easy and we all have our own difficult experiences, which is why beginning where you are at is extremely important to me. This is your process and experience. I consider it a privilege to walk side by side with clients on their healing journey. I utilize a client-focused approach and incorporate tools from CBT/DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness to help you find ways you can experience healing in a non-judgmental and warm space.
