Hi! I'm so glad you are here! I am an LICSW with over a decade of experience providing outpatient therapy to clients across the lifespan with challenges including anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions and relationship issues. I have additional training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, and many years of providing parent guidance and support through extensive experience in child and family work. I have a particular interest in my private practice in supporting both new and veteran parents with the many challenges that can arise when navigating the transition to parenthood and the early childhood years.
