Rachel works with groups, individuals, couples, and families and operates holistically, considering how mental, emotional, spiritual, physical/nutritional, social, environmental, and occupational factors impact overall well-being throughout the treatment process. Integrating various theories as “tools in the toolbox” to fit the client’s specific needs, she believes that once individuals feel accepted and worthy, they are empowered to begin making lasting changes in their lives. This carries over to couples and families as they learn to shift the relational pattern of behavior through focused emotional connection and understanding.
