Sometimes we experience things in life that we don't even realize has profound impacts on us. We get stuck in cycles and feel like we have no way out, but there's hope. I have a passion for helping people that want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, navigate their emotions better, and improve their relationships and quality of life. I specialize in working with people who struggle with feelings of not being "good enough", have anxiety, relational difficulties, and experienced traumatic events. As a Latina, understanding the cultural and intergenerational impacts on our mental health is an essential element in my practice.
