Each person, with their life circumstances, is completely unique. I believe that change happens in an atmosphere of acceptance, compassion and care, and that hinges on the relationship between therapist and client. My own inner work impacts my life and the lives of my clients. I bring a sense of humility and perceptiveness to this relationship. When working with clients who are overwhelmed with fear and anxiety, I strive to draw my clients out through building a vessel which can contain the intensity of their emotions. Then they can hold their feelings, rather than drowning in them.
