I provide compassionate, creative, and collaborative individual and family therapy that supports people as well as families in navigating through difficult situations in their lives. My goal is to help adults recognize and utilize their personal strengths as well as develop insight about them self to create lasting change that will enhance their life. When working with children and families, I create a safe place for children and adolescents to express their thoughts and work through their emotions. I collaborate with parents, teachers, and medical professionals to develop individualized treatment and support.
