Relational, Trauma-Informed, Somatic Therapy— I work with helpers, parents, deep feelers, soul-seekers, psychonauts, community builders, and those longing for home inside themselves. Many of my clients are navigating transitions of identity, whether chosen or emergent— postpartum, burnout, religious/spiritual/cultural trauma, courageous becoming, or grief. Many of my clients are white-bodied folks deconstructing internalized white supremacy culture while longing for deeper, more nourishing belonging. Come as you are. We begin there.
