You'll have the opportunity to clarify your values, utilizing compassion to break through prisons of shame, bringing movement to inert parts of self, nurturing inner children, and cultivating mature parts who can be wise decision-makers. As you restore the free-flow of self, you'll have access to new possibilities of aliveness, connection, and choice.
