I work with teens and adults who are experiencing a variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, or questions of identity or purpose. Perhaps it seems, on the surface, that we are productive and high- achieving, performing well at work, school, or other responsibilities, yet, deep down it feels as if we are simply “going through the motions”. We would like to feel more connected with others and invested in our life and goals, but are unsure where to start.
