Breaking free from unhealthy and unproductive patterns can be challenging, and it often takes an outside perspective to recognize how these patterns contribute to feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, and disconnection from oneself and others. My goal is to help clients feel unburdened by their past, empowering them to create meaningful change and find balance in all areas of their lives.
