My experience includes working with individuals aged 13 and up, from various cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. In my practice, I blend modalities like EMDR therapy, mindfulness, humanistic techniques, and emotion-focused therapy. And I have a strong belief that a dash of humor can often lighten the path. Guiding my clients to their goals involves meeting them where they are at and creating a non-judgmental, empowering space for them to identify their focus.
