My practice is strength based and trauma informed. My clients describe me as being straightforward and kind. I bring 25 years of clinical experience working with teens and adults within a variety of clinical settings. I am person-centered and directive, utilizing family systems and attachment theoretical perspectives with cognitive behavioral techniques. I am thorough, sensitive and passionate about this work, valuing equality and causes of human rights.
