Hi, I'm Rachel Saunders, a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern at Ad Astra Counseling. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to helping people build resilience. Whether you're facing challenges related to mental health, relationships, identity or life transitions, I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with strength and clarity. I work with people of all ages experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, and more. I also have experience helping individuals with ASD navigate life’s unique challenges, as well as supporting children with emotional and behavioral concerns. My approach blends a humanistic perspective that honors your unique experiences with evidence-based strategies tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop confidence to better navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, balance, and purpose.
