I have been a Licensed professional counselor for almost a decade and truly believe everyone can grow, change, and live the happiness they seek. Every person has a unique story and background.It is my job to assist you in understanding your journey and gaining the skills to help you become a healthier you. I help clients with overcoming their depression and anxiety. I am a certified trauma therapist who specializes in mood and suicidality. I have worked with different populations at several clinics and community mental health centers, including adolescents, adults, and couples.
