If qualitatively changing how you relate to yourself, others and the way you experience life, then the approach I use with my clients may speak to you. I aim to provide individuals with an experience that goes beyond talk therapy; as a seasoned level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapist, the approach used with client consists of somatic, parts based experiential processing that can open the door for holistic and transformational psychotherapy. In addition to working at my private practice, I also am a senior staff therapist at MSU and have experience working with a variety presentations, including eating disorders.
