You might be here because you’re exhausted trying to help your child regulate and navigate a world that doesn’t always meet their needs or because you’re craving your own space to breathe, unpack, and feel supported. My goal is to help you explore your needs and find out what works for you in this season of life, we get creative and look outside of the typical strategies that may not fit your brain. I'd love to help you create small but important changes in your life that feel manageable, sustainable, and genuinely useful to you!
