I'm so glad you're here! My goal as your therapist is to assist you in achieving your own self-actualization, joy, and peace. I provide a safe space for you to work through any challenges that are causing you to feel uneasy. I feel that building a therapeutic rapport with my clients is the foundation of treatment. We will work together to identify symptoms and develop and implement coping mechanisms, grounding techniques, and other tools to help you overcome any obstacles that may be holding you back from the happiness and success that you deserve. I work with teens and adults and have experience providing mental health services in a variety of settings. I have worked successfully with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, ADHD, relationship and family challenges. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, using therapeutic interventions centered around your needs.
