I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) offering virtual therapy for adults in Massachusetts. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, OCD, college mental health, and life transitions for young adults. Young adulthood can be stressful, exciting, confusing, and everything in between. I'm here to help you navigate through it all! My therapeutic approach is evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We will work together to develop an approach that best fits your needs and preferences. I am currently on staff at Massachusetts General Hospital and have previously worked at McLean Hospital on a psychiatric inpatient unit . My other experience includes a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and a college counseling center.
