As a therapist, I have a passion for working collaboratively with my clients as a team to improve all aspects of their health. I strive to provide an individualized, integrative approach to counseling, and my specialties include the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also a Registered Dietitian with an additional Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
