I have been fortunate to work as a therapist for over 15 years. My practice focuses on helping you gain a greater sense of control, whether that stems from complex relationships, life transitions, work stress, parenting, trauma or loss. Together, we will explore how and why you've found yourself here and use strategies to relieve your symptoms.
