Hello and welcome! A little about my background and work: I’m a mental health clinician dedicated to fostering healing environment by offering a range of therapeutic service. Inspired by my own experiences, I started my journey working with a culturally diverse population of teenagers, adults and families in dealing with a variety of mental health needs. My particular focus has been working with young adults, suffering from mood disorders, anxiety, depression and complex trauma. I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and PTSD. My strong clinical skills help me navigate the complexities of mental health, and my work with both children and adults allows me to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of diverse populations.
