About
I have been practicing therapy in various settings for over 7 years. I received my Masters in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. I have experience working with all age groups, from young children to older adults. Those that experience mental health challenges can feel a lot of pain and suffering and I try to provide a client centered approach to finding grounding and acceptance. During my first session I like to get to know you so that we are able to start at a place that you are comfortable. I do like to get some background information so that we can come up with a collaborative approach to your treatment.
