I am a systems thinker who is a trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist. I believe that healing is an inward process. Through the process of being curious and empathetic, one can integrate and expand a sense of self. I believe we learn about ourselves through our relationships and understand the feelings that arise as an opportunity for growth. I have explored many alternative healing and energy practices throughout my life. I draw on the interconnection of mind-body-spirit as a framework to help individuals strengthen self-awareness and gain clarity around challenging issues.
