My approach is casual, and I often share personal experiences when they can assist my clients. I understand therapy can be tough, so when I sense my clients need a boost, I bring some laughter into the mix. I started in the mental health field in 2012 as a Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist. It was this opportunity that inspired me to earn my counseling degree. I’ve been practicing as a therapist for about 4.5 years, and it truly feels like my calling. My personal experiences allow me to connect deeply with my clients and their journeys.
