I help clients through the transitions that come from big changes in their lives, whether it be marriage, graduating and transitioning to adulthood, the death of a loved one, changing careers, or starting families. These transitions or changes can trigger feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, and ambivalence that we work through together by exploring all of the reactions they are having, without judgement. I work hard to build a trusting relationship with my clients by being open, reliable, and curious about their unique experience.
