About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with specialized training in anxiety, depression, grief, family dynamics, and trauma/PTSD. I am passionate about supporting children and families in their healing journeys and in building lasting resilience. My clinical experience spans school-based settings, a Children’s Advocacy Center, and private practice. I am a bubbly person that loves advocating for mental health and building community. I also love binge watching Law and Order, Chick-fil-a sweet tea and spending time with my husband and two boys. I have training and experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Synergetic Play Therapy.
