Beginning therapy is often our first step on the path toward healing. And just by considering this step, you are already taking a leap that requires courage and trust in yourself and your potential therapist. As a therapist my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, curative environment where lasting change can occur. It is a place to dig a little deeper and come out a whole lot stronger. My approach to therapy looks at the whole person; physical, mental, and social. Examining our patterns of behaviors and thoughts can lead to significant growth in wellbeing.
