Healing comes from a holistic approach and takes time. We all need someone to walk this road with us; helping to guide us, offer feedback, and be a cheerleader. Often times the way we think about something affects our emotions and behaviors. My goal with clients is to help them find peace, rest, and equip them with the tools necessary to navigate and manage this thing we call life. The principles I use in counseling I have seen work with others clients and within my personal life. Together I would honor the opportunity to provide the space to share what I've learned and be a place of comfort and safety for those who need an outlet. My primary work has been with adults and addiction however I have also counseled other ages and issues as well, particularly anxiety and depression. I bring an ability to create a non-judgmental, safe space for sharing.
