Welcome! I’m the owner of Mellow Minds Counseling and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota. I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2021, with experience supporting children, teens, families, and adults. I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from UW–Superior and my Master’s from the College of St. Scholastica. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, being outdoors, watching sports, reading, and connecting with friends and family.
