Feeling out of balance, anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, low energy, or not feeling present in your body? It's understandable to be experiencing some or all of these symptoms while existing in this white-supremacist, patriarchal, capitalist country. It's not our fault that traumatic things have happened to us. We can't undo our past, but we can learn, practice, and embody new ways of being. We will do this work collaboratively as an act of resistance! I utilize a strength-based anti-oppression framework, narrative therapy, mindfulness, & emphasize community involvement to assist clients in identifying their own solutions forward.
